Tom Marchese is CardPlayer of the Year 2010

Before this year was Tom Marchese had not cashed in a single live tournament.  In January, he was third at the Borgata Winter Open, winning $ 190,000 and his first money gambling in a live tournament. In the course of the year proved Marchese that he is not a one hit wonder, and collected more CardPlayer Magazine's Player of the Year points anyone else.

In February Marchese won the first North American Poker Tour (NAPT) event, a $ 5,000 buy-in tournament at the Venetian in Las Vegas for $ 827,000. This win has catapulted him into an early lead.
